Award of the exhibition silver medal for the ULTRAPIPE non-destructive testing system

ULTRAKRAFT JSC presented non-destructive ultrasonic testing systems for welded pipes at the 15th specialised exhibition with international participation "Welding. Inspection and Diagnostics. Metalworking", held at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Centre (Yekaterinburg).

On 27–28 August, ULTRAKRAFT JSC, together with Bauman Moscow State Technical University, held an international conference on requirements for non-destructive testing of metal products: "Modern Requirements for Non-Destructive Testing of Rolled Metal Products and Pipes and Their Practical Implementation. Improving the Energy Efficiency of Production".

Certificate of qualification of ULTRAKRAFT JSC as a supplier of acoustic transducers for TMK

The "ULTRA" series piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers P111, P112, P121, P122, P211, P221 to TU 4276-060-66744541-14 and the "ULTRA" series electromagnetic acoustic transducers (EMAT) P411, P413, P421, P423 to TU 4276-050-66744541-14 manufactured by ULTRAKRAFT JSC have passed all stages of quality testing (qualification audit) at OAO Russian Research Institute of the Tube and Pipe Industries (RosNITI).

ULTRAPLATE - ultrasonic quality inspection of rolled plate

ULTRAKRAFT JSC will supply the ULTRAPLATE automated system for non-destructive ultrasonic quality inspection of rolled plate to Mill 2800 of Plate Mill Shop No. 1 (LPTs-1), Hot-Rolled Products Division (PGP), PAO Severstal, whose products are used in mechanical engineering and the manufacture of steel structures.

ULTRATUBE non-destructive ultrasonic testing system commissioned at Uraltrubprom

The non-destructive ultrasonic testing system for medium-diameter ERW pipes ULTRATUBE has been commissioned at OAO Ural Pipe Plant (Uraltrubprom, Pervouralsk) by specialists of ULTRAKRAFT JSC.

The system is designed to detect laminations, longitudinal and transverse defects and to measure the wall thickness of high-frequency welded (HFW) pipes under production conditions in the longitudinally welded ERW pipe shop.
