Ultra-Demagnet Systems Successfully Pass Pre-Shipment Tests

Ultra-Demagnet automatic residual magnetic induction removal systems have successfully passed pre-shipment testing and are ready for delivery to the customer. The systems are designed for automatic pipe demagnetization, are integrated into the production line and do not require constant operator presence.

• Pipe temperature: from −10 to +55 °C.
• Electromagnetic field frequency: 1–50 Hz with automatic adjustment.
• Demagnetizing field strength: up to 300 A/cm.
• Operating speed: 0.5–1.8 m/s, adjustable depending on wall thickness.

The wide range of pipe sizes and automatic field frequency selection make it possible to process pipes of various grades without manual line readjustment.
