The conference will feature a demonstration of a Russian flash butt pipe welding complex and mobile non-destructive testing systems for welds and the fusion line based on TOFD and phased array technologies, as well as a discussion of issues related to the practical application of flash butt welding systems, increasing productivity and reducing costs in pipeline construction and repair.
The conference will be attended by managers, chief engineers and leading welding and quality control specialists from PAO Gazprom, PAO Lukoil, PAO AK Transneft, Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, and research institutes and companies specialising in the construction and maintenance of trunk and field pipelines.
