Manufacture and industrial implementation of automated systems for non-destructive ultrasonic quality testing of metal products. The equipment is designed for inspecting plate, strip, small-, medium- and large-diameter pipes, slabs, long products and rails. The configuration of each solution is selected according to the product type, the specifics of the production process and the customer's requirements.

Ultrasonic testing makes it possible to assess the quality of metal without destroying the product. Automated inspection helps to obtain results during the production process and to apply a uniform approach to testing the manufactured products. The systems can be used at metallurgical enterprises and on production lines where inspection of various types of rolled products needs to be organised.

In addition to ultrasonic testing equipment, we manufacture systems for measuring the geometric parameters of rolled metal products and systems for their demagnetization. These solutions cover different testing and processing tasks: from assessing metal quality to measuring geometry and reducing residual magnetization.

The equipment meets current requirements and applicable standards, including GOST and API 5L, as well as the requirements and specifications of Shell, ExxonMobil, Gazprom, Transneft, DNV and other organisations. The specific set of requirements is determined by the type of metal product, the purpose of the equipment and the conditions of its industrial use.
